Chrcoal is not so bad after all

After two and a half years studies in Bezalel, I managed to avoid contact with this material. Every time the class used a charcuoal for drawing, I always preferred to use the narrow pencil without fearing that all my hard work for three hours will smear from a small touch.

Now in Philadelphia, my Drawing Studio teacher asked me to try drawing with the charcuoal...

I said to myself: new place - new experiences!!

So I helped courage and used the charcoal. After 1,000 times that I said "NO" to drawing with charcoal, in the 1,001 time I said "YES" and it paid off. I surprised myself!
